Aitken Corporate Finance (ACF) specialises in the sale and purchase of UK businesses. We concentrate on working with small and medium sized companies.
Our team have sold companies in many business sectors, however many of our clients have come from the engineering or manufacturing business sectors – where we have particular expertise and an extensive list of contacts, many of whom are looking to make acquisitions.
We are a well established broker, specialising in the buying and selling of businesses priced from £500,000 to £10m.
Our principal, Glenn Aitken, has more than 25 years’ experience in business sales and acquisitions. He originally graduated as an engineer and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant, in London and Birmingham, with Arthur Andersen.
Glenn then founded and grew a successful accounting practice whilst working part time as Financial Director of the family aerospace machining company.
Aitken Corporate Finance was incorporated in early 1987 and recently celebrated its 25th Anniversary.
Our deal managers have all worked at board level and have the maturity and experience necessary to handle negotiations with the major shareholders and chief executives of acquisitive companies.
ACF also offer a range of corporate finance services to our clients.
